Welcome to the Energy Challenge Diagnostic Questionnaire
This online Diagnostic tool identifies specific actions that metal formers can take to improve their energy use in areas including:
- Methods for monitoring energy use and identifying potential savings
- Motors & drives
- Compressed air
- Furnaces / process heating e.g. heat treatment
- Space heating & lighting
The diagnostic prompts the input of company details and some overall figures for energy consumption, as well as profiling the company’s energy management performance using simple multiple choice questions. With suitable information to hand it should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete.
The information is used to;
- compare entries against the performance of similar companies, and,
- to select suitable resources for each user to pursue the implementation of improvements with significant benefits for their company.
